Ciara Loses Battle For Sole Custody of Son

She’s been trying for quite some time to obtain legal custody of her son Future Jr, but it seems  Ciara will just have to continue to play nice with her ex-fiancé Future.

On Monday (May 16) a California judge denied the sexy singer’s request for sole custody, ordering that the boy, full name Future Zahir Wilburn, to remain in joint custody.

Furthermore, Ciara, who is engaged to Seattle Seahawks star Russell Wilson, is suing Future for $15 million in a defamation and slander suit for comments he made about her in his music.
