The female nurse terminated after being accused of illegally accessing pop star Justin medical record when he was taken in for twisted testicle, is crying for justice.

Her employer accused her of accessing Bieber’s medical file to confirm rumour that he had sexually transmitted infection.
The former employee at Northwell Health in Long Island has sued, claiming wrongful termination based on alleged incident involving the pop star’s medical records.
Bieber visited Northwell Health in Long Island in May, fearing he had twisted a testicle playing soccer.
Now, New York employment attorney David H. Rosenberg tells Billboard that his client Kelly Lombardo, a former staffer at Northwell, was fired over accusations that she illegally accessed Bieber’s medical file during the May 18, 2017 visit.
On the day in question, according to Rosenberg and an administrative action filed Tuesday (Aug. 29) with the New York Division of Human Rights, Lombardo heard a rumour that Bieber was in for a sexually transmitted infection.
But she alleges she didn’t believe the STI claim and maintains that she never had access to the pop star’s files nor any contact with him at all.
Rosenberg says that when Lombardo denied the accusations to her employers, they implied that as a young female, she must have been curious to know why Bieber was in the ER.
Lombardo is filing for administrative action with the New York State Division of Human Rights, alleging gender discrimination and wrongful termination.
“My client never accessed Mr. Bieber’s medical file. She was falsely accused of doing it because of her gender,” Rosenberg tells Billboard.
“We look forward to vigorously prosecuting these claims at the New York Division of Human Righ
